Instructions:
Fill up to one third (1.5 lbs) of the basket with the frozen product. Fry in abundant oil.
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Place the cassava croquettes forming a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, flip and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until light golden.
