Wedges with Spinach and Artichokes Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 Bag McCain Savory Wedges
- 2 cups cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of chopped spinach
- 1 3/4 cups canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Trim the top of the garlic to expose the cloves. Place on a small square of aluminum foil and drizzle with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of olive oil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until garlic is tender.
- Cook McCain Savory Wedges in the Oven at 425 F/218 C for 12 minutes or in the AirFryer at 350 F/176 C for 10-12 minutes.
- Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Place the mixture in a baking dish (approx. 9″ x 9″, or a pyrex)
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Place McCain Savory Wedges into the dip, starting from the outside, working in a ring until you reach the center.
- Serve hot.
