Savoury Wedges with Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of McCain Savory Wedges
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 can (19oz / 540ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:

  • Cook the McCain Savory Wedges in the oven at 425F/218C for 12 minutes or in the AirFryer at 350F/176C for 10 minutes.
  • Put the chickpeas in a food processor, add olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, 3 tablespoons (45ml) water, salt and pepper, until combined.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Serve with McCain Savory Wedges.
