Savoury Wedges with Hummus

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of McCain Savory Wedges
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 can (19oz / 540ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Instructions:
- Cook the McCain Savory Wedges in the oven at 425F/218C for 12 minutes or in the AirFryer at 350F/176C for 10 minutes.
- Put the chickpeas in a food processor, add olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, 3 tablespoons (45ml) water, salt and pepper, until combined.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with McCain Savory Wedges.
