Hashbrown-Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

• 275 g ground beef
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 cup red sauce of your choice
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 6 McCain Hashbrowns
• 8 tbsp BBQ sauce
• Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, and salt.
2. Cook the beef mixture in a skillet.
3. Cook McCain Hashbrowns according to package instructions.
4. In a baking dish, layer the beef, red sauce, BBQ sauce, and hashbrowns, just like making
lasagna.
5. Spread BBQ sauce on top and bake for 5 minutes at 350°F.
Air Fryer option: 475°F for 3 minutes.
6. Slice to reveal the hashbrown inside.
