Hashbrown Caprese (Fresh & Crunchy Snack)

Ingredients:

• 3 McCain Hashbrowns
• 6 tomato slices
• 6 slices fresh mozzarella
• Fresh basil leaves
• Balsamic reduction (or regular balsamic vinegar)
• Sea salt and black pepper

Directions:

1. Cook McCain Hashbrowns according to package instructions.
2. Top each with a slice of tomato, mozzarella, and a basil leaf.
3. Drizzle with balsamic, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Tip: Make a quick reduction by heating 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar with 1 tsp sugar until
thickened.
