
Hashbrown Burger Melt

Ingredients:
• 4 McCain Hashbrowns
• 2 beef burgers (or veggie patties)
• 2 slices cheddar cheese
• 2 strips bacon (optional)
• ½ onion, thinly sliced (for caramelizing)
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise + ½ tsp smoked paprika (smoky mayo)
• Long skewers or toothpicks
Directions:
1. Cook McCain Hashbrowns according to package instructions.
2. Cook the burger patties and bacon. In a separate pan, sauté the onion until soft and
golden.
3. Assemble: one hashbrown, burger patty, cheese, bacon, onions, smoky mayo, then top
with another hashbrown.
4. Secure with a long skewer and enjoy!
