Dip’n Wedges Mini Tacos

Ingredients:
- 1 Bag McCain Dip’n Wedges
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 16 oz ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 4 oz tomatoes, diced small
- 2 oz cheese fresh or feta cheese
- 60ml coriander, finely chopped

Instructions:
- Bake the fries at 425 F/218 C for 12-15 minutes or in the AirFryer at 350 F/176 C for 12 minutes.
- In a bowl, add the red onion, salt, and vinegar.
- Marinate for 10 minutes, minimum.
- Cook the ground. In a large bowl, mix red onions, beef, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
- Evenly divide among the McCain Dip’n Wedges.
- Garnish with sour cream and guacamole.
- Serve hot.
