Chapin Burrito with Hashbrown

Ingredients:

• 2 large flour tortillas
• 2 eggs
• ½ tomato and ¼ onion, diced
• 2 tbsp refried beans
• 2 McCain Hashbrowns
• 100 g cooked chorizo or longaniza
• Crumbled fresh cheese
• Hot sauce to taste

Directions:

1. Sauté tomato and onion, then add the eggs and scramble.
2. Cook McCain Hashbrowns according to package instructions and cook the chorizo.
3. Assemble the burrito: spread refried beans, add scrambled eggs, chorizo, hashbrown, and
cheese.
4. Roll up and serve with hot sauce.
