Dip’n Wedges Mini Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag McCain Dip’n Wedges
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 16 oz ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 4 oz tomatoes, diced small
  • 2 oz cheese fresh or feta cheese
  • 60ml coriander, finely chopped

Instructions:

  • Bake the fries at 425 F/218 C for 12-15 minutes or in the AirFryer at 350 F/176 C for 12 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the red onion, salt, and vinegar.
  • Marinate for 10 minutes, minimum.
  • Cook the ground. In a large bowl, mix red onions, beef, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
  • Evenly divide among the McCain Dip’n Wedges.
  • Garnish with sour cream and guacamole.
  • Serve hot.
